A technically functional site underperforming against a category with real search volume. Average position sat around 40, buried on page four. Domain Rating was in low double digits. Only a handful of top-3 rankings. AI search engines had never cited it.

Rebuilt URL structure, added schema, fixed rendering issues, and set up internal linking across the topic clusters. Cleared crawl waste.
Built out category and topic pages matched to how the audience actually searches. Rewrote underperforming content. Filled topic gaps with pages structured around real search demand.
Industry publication placements, directory work, and backlinks from inside the right ecosystem. Domain Rating grew from 10 to 29. Referring domains grew from 97 to 204.
Structured content for AI extraction: FAQ schema, citation-friendly answer formats, clear topical authority signals. Engines started citing the site partway through the engagement.
